Located 50 kilometres Northwest of Melbourne’s state capital, our Bacchus Marsh sites provide ideal accommodation options for people living with disability. The urban centre, situated between Melbourne and Ballarat, is a fertile valley rich with market gardens, orchids and fields.
Our short-term respite accommodation has been created to best facilitate people living with disability. Thanks to our experienced and caring staff on site, your stay at Bacchus Marsh will be one of complete comfort and ease. We also provide both short-term and long-term accommodation options to suit a variety of needs.
What’s more, we believe in creating accommodation which supports independent living wherever possible which is why we always work to achieve such. Depending on your needs and requirements, we are here to ensure your experience with us is one of complete enjoyment!

We look forward to hearing from you!
We provide two home living options in our Bacchus Marsh location.
House 1 (name TBC) offers 10 rooms for short-term respite and SIL accommodation services for people living with disability.
House 2 (name TBC) provides 5 rooms for SDA clients to call their own for as long as they wish to use our services.
All our meals are home-made and are low in fat and salt. Our main goal in meal preparation is that if it doesn’t look like something you would serve your family, then we won’t serve it here! Many of our meals are based on family recipes. (Except on Friday night as that’s takeaway night!)
If additional support is required for specific meal time processes or specialised foods, we are happy to discuss how we can assist with this.
On weekends we offer a range of activities including trips out to various locations around Melbourne via train, or on-site activities, such as art or gardening. If participants would prefer, they are also welcomed to have down time at the centre.
All activities are pre-organised, and arranged according to participant requests and staffing needs.
Hours of Operation
We offer 24-hour respite care every day of the year, including Christmas Day and Good Friday.
